BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7003 Tyner Road, being on the northeast line of Tyner Road northwest of Kirkman Road. To be zoned R-T/Z: Part of lot 1, Lewis H. and Cleo J. Conner Addition to Tyner, as shown by plat of record in plat book 36, page 207, ROHC, and part of an unplatted tract; being part of the properties described in deed book 2923, page 507, ROHC, and deed book 4686, page 728, ROHC. Said parts of tracts form one tract beginning on the northeast line of Tyner Road 1326 feet northwest of the intersection of the northeast line of Tyner Road with the northwest line of Kirkman Road, thence northwest 230 feet with Tyner Road to the southwest corner of lot 39 of a proposed subdivision, said point being 50.2 feet northwest of the southeast corner of lot 1, said Conner Addition, thence northeast 150 feet with the northwest line of lots 39 and 40, said proposed subdivision, to a point in the southwest line of proposed lot 41, thence northwest some 122.8 feet with the southwest line of proposed lots 41 and 56 to a point in the northwest line of lot 1, said Conner Addition, some 30 feet southwest of the northwest corner of said lot 1, thence southwest some 150 feet with the northwest line of said lot 1 to the northeast line of Tyner Road, thence northwest 176.2 feet with Tyner Road, thence northeast 649 feet, thence southeast 526 feet, thence southwest 649 feet to the northeast line of Tyner Road, the point of beginning. Said part of lot begins on the northeast line of Tyner Road 1625.8 feet northwest of the intersection of the northeast line of Tyner Road with the northwest line of Kirkman Road, thence northwest 50 feet with Tyner Road to the southwest corner of said lot 1, thence northeast some 150 feet with the northwest line of said lot 1 to a point 150 feet (if measured at a right angle) northeast of the northeast line of Tyner Road, thence southeast some 122.8 feet parallel to Tyner Road to the northwest corner of lot 40 of a proposed subdivision, thence southwest 150 feet with the northwest line of proposed lots 40 and 39 to the northeast line of Tyner Road, the point of beginning.
